"I've been with this agency for many year since I talked to Maria for my work car's policies. She was great. But since she left and Sulien take charge of my personal policies is a disaster, she never have time, she doesn't reply to you and when we finally ask to cancel the policy because we get a better price, Like a half that we were paying with them, she never cancel it. So infinity charge us again when we already have another policy. I have all by email and it seem nobody there care about the clients, when i call again, i talked to Karla, she asked me for a proof of the new policy to send and get back my money, Infinity never receive it. I sent several emails asking for a resolution and nobody answer. Please do not do business with them, when you want to change o a better price they don't help you anymore."
