"LETS' NORMALIZE NOT SPENDING OUR MONEY WHERE WE AREN'T PROVIDED QUALITY SERVICE. On 4/25/23, I entered the Wauchula, FL. location with the intention on purchasing some football cleats. Walked in, I was not greeted, I was not approached, nothing. I picked up some cleats looked around to find an associate and no one, should I have yelled to the associate, walked to them or gone to the back to get them? NOPE!!! After, giving it some time looking around, walking around and still no service... I left. This is unacceptable, I used to be in retail Management so I know this is not acceptable and from a consumers standpoint, I refuse to spend my hard earned money where I am not provided service. Got to do better!!!"

"I tried to return some Crocs and they said it had a tag and i never came with it just the hanger that they took off and they said i can return it so now I'm never going back there."
