"I couldn't recommend a business more than this one. After visiting an Orthopedic specialist several times and doing 6 weeks of Physical Therapy, my lower back and left sciatic had not improved at all. The only change was in my bank account as my funds have decreased. I was then referred to Spark Pilates (Jen) and thought this was odd since PT did nothing. Well, I was wrong. After one session, I felt no pain in my left sciatic. After the second session, most of my lower back pain was gone. I am not sure how she does it but I have improved dramatically after only 3 sessions. Jen is absolutely amazing. She continues to change the workouts so you have a chance to workout different areas. I look forward to each session to see what's next. If you have any back/sciatic pain, I strongly suggest you give her a call."

"At the beginning of February 2022, I left a message via the contact form. Jen called me the same day and left a detailed voice message. We set up trial sessions, which grew into a larger individual pilates training package, that flourished into a group membership. Jen is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and compassionate. She's attentive to her clients needs. Plus, she's funny. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I never feel overly worked out, like I can't move the next day. The women I've taken group with are extremely inviting. Be prepared to laugh because these people have a sense of humor. It makes the time go by!! The members who come in after my class engage like family. I suppose this is the result of small business--small, caring and authentic business. Sparks is a gem. Glad and thankful to have (finally) walked through the doors. Thanks!"
