"I really enjoy coming to this gym, each instructor is legitimate and has had real muay thai fights in the past. Additionally, each instructor is given a ton of freedom on how they want to run their class, so you get a ton of variety of what you're learning to keep things fresh. They don't let you spar right off the bat if you're new, which is a good thing because you don't want to get beaten up needlessly on your first day. I'd highly recommend anyone curious about Muay Thai to take an intro class to see if this gym is a good fit for you!"
