Joy’s class is like a party you don’t want to leave. The 5:30am Friday morning B30 class led by Coach Alex is so good! It’s a great way to start your morning."

"Crunch at Riverview has a great vibe. Once you enter, it energizes you to exceed your goal for the day. Staff is friendly, helpful and stays out of your way so you have your space. Coaches are available but nobody tries to sell you coaching lessons. Group lessons look awesome, although it's been a while since I participated in those classes. I'd never workout from home the way I'd at Crunch."
