"This place is pretty great. My wife thought I was crazy when I told her that I wanted my son to learn Kung Fu, not taekwondo or karate. I also told her I wanted the instructor to have real experience with mixed martial arts and professional fighting. Then I told her I wish it was set up in a warehouse with roll-up doors kind of like some CrossFit places, not in some stankled dungeon like a lot of martial arts classes... Well guess what I got everything I wanted and she can't believe it. My son loves it."

The time I have spent there learning Tai Chi has been an excellent investment for my overall health and sense of well being.
