"I love how welcoming the gym is! Since day one I’ve never felt judged or out of place. Everyone on the staff helps to create a positive atmosphere that allows their members to feel comfortable while working towards their own personal fitness goals. I’ve brought friends to work out with, and made new friends with existing members! The gym has created such an inclusive, fun, and engaging culture for their members. I truly cannot imagine going anywhere else."

"Long story short, I wanted to cancel my membership but couldn’t do so from the website (what’s the point of having an online account?) I called in which I was told they couldn’t cancel unless I came in, which I couldn’t due to me being out of town. I kept emailing their location and corporate but kept getting the runaround. Months went by with them trying to charge my card after the card expired but I’d only remember about this issue once I got the monthly notices from TB. Now I have a debt collector contacting me about the past due charges, which I will gladly pay but I’d NEVER signup for Title Boxing or any membership that locks you in or inconveniences their customers by not allowing to do something as simple as canceling in today’s technology; I feel like this is done intentionally and it’s bad business. UPDATE: Trying to change the narrative in your response won’t change the facts of the painful experience. Address the issues I pointed out so your future customers won’t have to post low rating reviews."

"The coaches do an excellent job making and shaping the environment to feel safe, comfortable and fun, all while actually providing real instruction. I feel like I am learning and now bring my kids and friends. The people there make the enviroment even more enjoyable. No one is judgemental. Everyone sweats the same. Highly recommend!"

"My exercises have greatly improved with Title Boxing! I value every trainer because they take the time to discuss my skills one-on-one. They are definitely paying attention, and I prefer being able to do things correctly so that I avoid hurting myself! Given the value you receive, their pricing is incredible. The owner has a great attitude and energy, it really reflects on the whole gym !"
