9Round Kickboxing Fitness is a high-energy gym located at 245 Wheelhouse Lane in Lake Mary, Florida. Our experienced Kickboxing Instructors will guide you through intense 30-minute sessions that provide a full body workout. Whether you are looking to get in shape or stay in shape, our trainers are here to help you with the right techniques.
We offer introductory workouts with no obligations, where we will learn about you and tailor the workout to your fitness level. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This offer is for first-time visitors and local residents only, with terms and conditions that may vary.
