"We liked boarding our horses there until the health of our horse started to deteriorate and we almost lost our horse during Covid -19 Pandemic for the wrong reasons. The pandemic came at the worst time and we were getting behind for a while. When things started to get better I emailed Waddy to express my intention to resolve the account and to see how he could help me to get back on my feet, but received no answer. Instead, I received a letter from his attorney couple days latter stating that our horse was up for auction unless the account is paid off within 10 days. The usually friendly Waddy suddenly refused to discuss with me and his attorney refused to provide receipts for some of the charges. Any how, we managed to pay on time and recovered our horse. Why Waddy tried to sell our horse at auction instead of helping to resolve the account... I have my idea. We moved our horse next door where we find a great service. We realized that the hocks injections done at Waters Edge were done in too many joints at once and since the quantity of medicine administrated at once is limited, it was not effective. Now that we corrected this issue we finally were able to lease our horse for good value as opposed to ridicule low offers received at Waters Edge."
