"I have been a patient here for 10 years due to convenience and insurance, but truly don’t trust these folks with your mental health. Not if you want help. After years of issues, I’m STILL waiting over 7 MONTHS for a prescription to be sent to the correct specialty pharmacy. Every time I speak to insurance or pharmacy people, they inform me they try constantly but can never get anybody in office. So I am constantly stepping out of work to do my apparent second job there. Maybe a public google review will be enough to get somebody to realize they are legitimately risking people’s lives and couldn’t seem to care less. It certainly hasn’t mattered the last 7 months without my medication."

"The gentleman Daniel has helped me several times and has gone absolutely above and beyond for me. I was a patient with Dr.Mathur and I had moved around the same time she gave her patients to Solace and he got me my records from her with no problems at all the exact same day. Dr.Chaundry is also a good dr. He is by the book and stern so I wouldn't recommend going in there trying to get one over on him because it won't work out for you. He cares about your well being and can just tell he knows what he's talking about. He's had many years of experience in the mental health field so I would highly recommend this place to anybody if you want/need to get your mind right the right way! And again Daniel is the absolute best out of the whole office! #teamdaniel"

"This place is a joke. I called them in a mental health crisis begging to speak to a Dr or an ARNP. I understand they were with patients but asked if I could at least get a call back. In the past I have always been able to speak to an on call dr. Well I was told by not 1 but 2 different ppl "this is not an urgent care, go to an urgent care if u want help, or i can see the dr Tuesday." Now anyone who has a mental health issue knows that urgent care will not do anything for u. They will always refer u to your psychiatrist, which is wut I tried to do. If im in a crisis why should i have to wait till Tuesday?!! If i go to the hospital all they will do is say they can send me to a mental health clinic, which is something i will not do. I called at 9:30 am and they told me they would send a message to the Dr. By 5 pm the dr had still not looked at his message. So I asked them if something were to happen to me or someone else bc they refused to help me how would they feel. They proceeded to call the cops on me and STILL no dr called or even attempted to help. Now it's the weekend and I have had no help. All I needed was an adjustment to my medications. If they told me to take an extra pill that I already have that may have solved the problem. Now I have to find another dr which may take weeks to get in. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!"

"This 5 stars goes specifically to Samantha L. who works at the Brooksville location. She did in 5 mins what has taken me 3months to get completed. Other workers there just delegate off their plate and tell me I need to wait for a call that NEVER GETS RETURNED. Not Samantha, she was persistent and took care of the issue to completion. She didnt give up when her emails to me wouldnt go thru, she tried 2 more times until finally I got the Solace Email I have needed since January 1st. THANK YOU SAMANTHA you have amazing work ethic!"

"The staff is disorganized, messed up my first appointment, rescheduled with no notice, and then tried to charge me for a missed appointment. Dr. Chaudry is very unprofessional and rude. As a new patient he attemptedto change all of my prior treatments and diagnosis in the 1st 5 minutes. He was arrogant and condescending wish is not how to treat people with mental health issues. I was told I could see a counselor after meeting with the doctor who then said it was a waiting list unless I was self pay. I do NOT recommend this practice."
