Thank you for calling the Doctor, to fix my script, or the pharmacy to check availability and for stepping up to ensure that my medication regimen was as smooth as it could be. Thank you for keeping up with updates and changes, but more importantly I almost chose another provider. Thank you for convincing me by having patience, staying on top of my concerns and for resolving the issues. Thank you DNA staff and Jackie. I also have to say thank you to Bella. When I couldn't reach Jackie , I recall Bella also trying to everything she could to ensure my medication. Thank you staff"

"Brooksville office is great but more notable is Jackie, she’s amazing! She pays attention to what you need & goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of, leaving no detail unchecked. Not only does she take care of business & get stuff done, she’s pleasant while doing. I appreciate her! In regards to the $40 fee for no show appts, I do believe it to be excessive. ($40 is a lot!) However, it’s clearly defined from the get go. It could be a little less but I guess it wouldn’t serve its purpose if it didn’t sting. I honestly feel a ‘one time only, courtesy’ waive should be allowed for those that request it & explain themselves. Regardless, it’s rare to get to interact with medical office personnel who actually seem to care & Jackie far exceeds that!"
