"I've just had my second visit with APRN Wise. It was a reassuring visit as it reaffirmed the effectiveness of our first visit. Harmony United is an effective well-oiled resource."

"I should have read the reviews regarding their billing process before I started my daughter's care with them. My daughter started care in November. I never got an invoice, EOB, nothing. Suddenly last night I received a bill for over $600! I am a certified medical biller. This is walking a fine line on what's legally allowed. Now they're saying that I owe at least $123 monthly for my "past due" bill, and I owe for my current treatment. And they want payment today! They have my daughter on medication that she medically needs, and if I don't pay they can drop her as a patient. How is this even legal!? I'm currently waiting for a call back from their billing manager. Be careful!!"

"Had my first appointment with APRN, Lindsey. I was impressed and am looking forward to working with her to get my meds where they need to be. Other than receiving 80 million emails and texts, I'm very impressed with Harmony United Psychiatric Care thus far. I'll be sure to update later, once I've been with them for a while. Haven't met with the therapist yet. That's next."

"Had a very positive experience at Harmony this morning. Staff was professional, welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Online forms were appropriate and good to have in advance and if you can’t scan documents they willingly scan them at the desk. Office environment was clean and warmly decorated and staff was friendly and prompt."

"The services rendered to my husband are good. So far no complaints. But if you look at all the reviews, there is almost a clear agreement that the billing process is unacceptable. You cannot talk to anyone in the office. All messages go through a call center and the person on the other end has an accent making it impossible to understand. Especially when they are relaying important info about medication. Their response is always a generic “Sorry” on these reviews and nothing is addressed or changed for a better experience. EVERY Patient is entitled to clear and understandable bill. Not a general invoice of how much you owe. I questioned it and was told they don’t provide a bill or statement. I did manage to obtain a patient ledger after arguing for 10 minutes. I am a bookkeeper so after reconciling I discovered that the monthly payments I mail through my bank every month were not posted to the account. And on top of that, you get harassed for payment. In my case, they owe me a refund. Where is this money going? How many patients do they do this to? I definitely overpaid without realizing it. I also suspect double billing to Medicare. If you are getting nowhere trying to get your account resolved, REPORT IT to whatever State agency that will help you. If I don’t get my refund within a timely manner, that will be my next course of action. Never saw anything like it in the last 20 years my husband has needed psychiatric care."
