"My therapist, Danielle, has been an anchor in my emotional and mental raging storms for many reasons. She rarely interjects with the conjunction 'but', allowing our conversations to flow seamlessly and fostering an environment of understanding and support. Her empathetic approach and commitment to my well-being have made our sessions invaluable in navigating the complexities of my emotions and challenges. My profound experience with Elite DNA has played a pivotal role in significantly improving my mental health challenges, emphasizing the critical importance of seeking help to navigate the turbulent waters of our emotional well-being. The support received has underscored the transformative impact that addressing mental health can have on one's overall quality of life."

"The quality of the therapists is not at all in question- they have great staff and I did like the providers I saw. But there always seemed to be an issue. I've been going here off and on since last year, and there are always issues- I owe money even though they said I didn't, they need a payment but their system doesn't work, etc etc. They would also constantly schedule me for the wrong thing- I'd request an in-person visit and get there, and they'd say it was scheduled online. I'd request an online visit, and they'd call asking where I was for my in-person visit. I am seeking a new provider after spending 15 minutes of my appointment time on a call today because I owed a copay and could not see the provider without it- that's perfectly fair, and I'm happy to pay it. But naturally, their online portal kept showing I owed $0 and I couldn't make a payment without it invoicing me first. They are constantly, CONSTANTLY working through some issue or glitch or just poor systems administration. The people are very nice, but they cannot get it together."

"They were listed on my insurance as a provider for adolescent therapy so I called and was told the first available appointment was a month and a half away. They sent us a very lengthy questionnaire which we filled out and sent in ahead of time. We finally go in, and it's not a therapy session, it's just an intake questionnaire appointment with the same questions we already answered. So we wasted half a day off school for nothing. At the end of the appointment we were told "someone" would call us to set up therapy. 3 weeks later nobody had contacted us, so I contacted them and was told they do NOT have any therapists for teens in Gainesville and her only option would be to drive to Jacksonville or do a Zoom session, which my daughter said she did not want to do. So they provided no services, then had the nerve to send my insurance a bill for $584.63. This is dishonest. They knew ahead of time they had no therapists in my city. I called the number on the invoice to dispute that any services had been provided, but they said they were charging us for the intake appointment anyway. I have reported them to my insurance company and to the BBB."

"I started therapy appointments in the Gainesville office around a year ago. I had many sessions with an excellent therapist. However... I have had serious issues with the billing department and some of the office staff. I was using Sunshine Health Medicaid insurance which they accept. Everything was fine until around July 2023 when I suddenly received a bill for 10 sessions, totalling $1000. When I called them, they informed me my insurance had changed and was not active for these services any longer, so I was now self pay. I understand it's not their fault that Medicaid had not informed me of this. But WHY would you not tell me before TEN SESSIONS that I was moved to self pay??? I could have stopped until I was reinsured or had the money! I spoke with Denise in billing and explained I could not afford to pay the bill. She said she would talk to her supervisor, David, and call me back. When I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, I called the office again and they said Denise would call. She did call me back and told me they would take the $1000 charge off of my account but for future sessions I would be self pay. I was very grateful. Here I am almost 2 months later and I am still receiving the same bill. I have reached out several times and have not heard back from Denise. A woman in the Gainesville office has tried to help but apparently had no luck. Today I spoke with the billing department and they have NO notes saying I would have the bill removed. They could not put me through to anyone else who has any authority over the account and didn't seem to be one ounce concerned. They insist Denise will call me if I have an appointment set with her but how can I believe that now? It would be one thing if they never promised to clear the debt, but I don't like being lied to and the communication through this entire process has been horrendous!!"
