In addition to our traditional services, we also offer yoga and Qi Gong classes to promote physical and mental well-being. Join us on Thursdays at 11:00 AM for Yoga and Fridays at 9:30 AM for Qi Gong. Classes are $15 each or $50 for a package of 5.
