"Had to came here THREE times to get kid’s vaccine done. The first two times got nothing just wasting gas and time, because they had no vaccine stock. So why making appointments, why telling me come back and made another appointment if you don’t have the vaccine ready. Funny is I got a reminder call to show up for the second wasting trip. Their whole system is not working together. One part is reminding you to show up, anther part is not preparing the vaccine. For TWO times! Exactly same thing repeat! Telling you come back, making appointment and nothing for us! Third time, I almost cry, a manager came out , so we had the vaccine. But sadly they didn’t upload to Florida shots. When I want to send kid to daycare, we are missing the record. So I called, TWICE, one month apart, every time a front desk lady said yes, will upload, But didn’t. So I came here personally to ask help to upload. The front desk lady said yes, working on it , would send me a email when everything is done. But same thing happened. Today I came, feel embarrassed to cry. The manager showed up again. I got helped. Is it my responsibility to check the vaccine stock before showing up? Is it my responsibility to tell the nurse to upload Florida shots? Should I come THREE times to get kid’s vaccinated ? Calling your front desk is ever useful ? Should I cry every time to see the manager so the things could be done the way it should to be? I am a small meaningless person to this clinic. I wish to be a elegant lady, a sunshine girl, a perfect customer with least demand. But this clinic is terrible. They are bullying me using their innocent phone system and innocent staffs. Totally wasting 10 hours and 5 gas trip. I hope not every parent goes through what I’ve been through. I hope you can save your gas and time."

"Took kid for a physical as a new patient and was there just over two hours. A week late someone from office called me with blood results and needed me to come and talk to a Doctor due to concerns with elevated bloodwork. To stress urgency appointment was made for 15 minutes later. Was freaking out for my child and left work (which was extremely busy) to talk to doctor. Got there in record time to wait for 35 minutes only to be told it was nothing serious and she just needed to eat less sugar and charged a copayment on the way out. Totally inconsiderate. I was loosing my mind with worry for my child and lost time from my work while they were just doing a money grab."

"Run fast and far. Don't ever bring your child to this place. Took my 16 year old for a new patient visit told them I believe my daughter has POTS they did labs, but never called me with the results. I finally had to call them to force them to go over the labs. Went in today for a follow up appointment that I had to demand. I listed all the symptoms my daughter has and was told oh ok here is a referral to neurology have a great day and God bless. My child needed a cardiology referral not neurology. I work in healthcare and the number 1 thing is to listen to the patient. We were brushed off like they couldn't be bothered to do anything. Not even prescribe her medication for the fungal rash she has on her back every though she saw the rash."

"I’m so frustared that I don’t even know where to start… I brought my 2 girls (5 and 1)for a check up on the beggining of March… the oldest needed a physical evaluation and imunization records for school and the litlle needed a whole avaluation since She is having a serie of issues! Any way, I got there 1:30pm, our appointment was 2pm… Staff didn’t get us in until almost 4pm bc they were not able to verify our insuranse! Even knowing they called costumer center and confirmed insuranse was active they wouldn’t let us in bc their system didn’t say so! After a long and stressful wait, my kids were so tired already, the litle one started cry, nurse who saw us couldn’t exame her bc she was so irritaded, we never got to see their primary choice doctor… we left without anything handy, not physical reports, sumary of our visit, next appointment, nothing! They asked for my youngest blood work witch a done next morning… Doctor called with the results but never gave me the prescriptions she needs! Said some one was going to contact me and its being almost 2 weeks and nothing! I called several times and they always say the doctor is busy and will call me after, just never happend! I went there today and still not able the get prescription or talk to the doctor! I had to do a cene so they would give me copy of my files and results… Half of the staff seams not to understand what I was saing not to mention they assume you speak spanish based on your eccent! This its been a nightmare! Frustration!"
