"After reading the other reviews I felt compelled to write a review. We were opposed to medication at first and Dr Cely allowed us to have our opinion and patiently worked with us. When we realized 2 years later that we thought it was time and we needed to take that step she worked with my daughter and kept the dosages very low. She knew what we needed and didn't force it on us. She has always been lovely with me and my daughter even during major meltdowns. I really appreciate everything she has done and how she continues to work with us to find the right balance for my daughter. She is very knowledgeable and patiently waited while we thought we knew what was best! I think it's easy for all of us to get upset bc this is a sensitive topic and we are all at this office bc something is off and we are looking for answers."

"If you need your diagnosis for your child then do not go here. Have been requesting it for almost if not a month. Keep being told it takes 2-6 weeks to provide report. Not sure why. They do not respond except for about the bill. They will hold your records and diagnosis hostage until you pay your bill. Then charge you 400 gor a new patient fee even though it was a reevaluation. Find a better office that will actually talk to you. Took 2 months just to get a call back to make apt. They don't answer the phone either. Aweful. Not in this for the kids. They are in it gor the money. Reports have been filled."

"Dr. Cely is great. Her staff is awful. They are rude, unresponsive, and don't seem to relay messages efficiently. While I would recommend her, I'm having a hard time doing so given her current staffing situation. I sincerely hope she gets a new staff with meaningful personal responsibility and an attitude of putting these children first."

"I have been through 2 previous evaluations prior to Cely. They told me my son had ADHD and I needed a neuropsych to perform test and rule out ASD. I was charged $200 for the evaluation due to the “testing” not being covered. She sat with him for 10 minutes. No tests were performed other than opening a book and pointing at pictures. She then stated he didn’t have ASD and there was no treatment available for his ADHD other than medication which we weren’t to that point. She expressed that she has several kids that have been expelled from multiple daycares before she medicated them. I explained I was avoiding getting there and asked for behavioral therapy options. In which she responded that ABA treatment is only provided to autistic kids and covered through Medicaid. Outside of that private insurances don’t cover it and it would be expensive. She stated to go back when we were ready for medication. I feel her evaluation was not thorough. I don’t believe she took her time to try and find a solution to help me or help my son succeed, which is my concern and ultimate goal."

"I am incredibly disappointed with the office of Dr. Cely. After many years of medical treatment for my son it has become abundantly clear that her office could care less about the patients they serve. Dr. Cely's office refused to return phone calls for over three weeks. Refused to correct their errors and send over prescriptions for a much needed anti-depressant medication. This conduct is extremely NEGLIGENT and could have resulted in a medical emergency. Attempts to resolve this issue were met with hostility and indifference. I will NEVER return to this office or this Dr and a complaint with the FL Department of Health will be filed."
