"My daughter was seen by this doctor via our networks “telemedicine” system. In spite of having visual proof of the issues at hand and knowing the practice runs with many doctors at once, he denied my request to put a referral in for a specialist. I repeatedly pleaded with him to please put the request in for insurance purposes and he continued to deny my request. Stating he would be on file and it should come from our PCP. For those who don’t know, Pediatric Associates is a HUGE network with many many doctors and in all my years of being a loyal patient we have NEVER had any issues with any of the doctors we’ve come across until now. This man was rude and proceeded to say he knows his patients all personally and recommends I find a doctor who I can see exclusively as well. Absolutely despicable and do not recommend him at all. I just wasted valuable time and he was no help at all. As far as I’m concerned he’s not really invested in Pediatric Associates or their patients if he’s unwilling to advocate for the patients he’s seeing."

"Over 6 years ago I had my first child and I fell in love with Dr. Jack! He is the best, very professional, excellent bedside manner and always has a great attitude. We look forward to seeing him every year for the well check up. I moved away from the area and its worth the hour drive to go see him. "

"The visit started off good. Everything moved along from his triage to get his BP, weight, height etc. Once we got into the examining room that’s where I felt the service declined. While everyone, the nurse and the Dr included personally provided exceptional service- the time it took to be serviced was just way too long. We waited until I had to go out and ask when the Dr was coming to examine my son. That’s happened here before. It seems the establishment has the right idea and concept of efficiency because that’s felt when you sign in and go through triage but time and time again they fail to deliver when we are placed in that examination room. This has to be remedied especially during the school year for morning visits when kids have school and parents have to go work. The entire visit should NEVER take an hour or more and that’s exactly what occurred. That must be fixed. I’m too big on efficiency to recommend knowing how long this takes. Outside of that, the interactions were good both with the nurses and the Dr himself."
