"Made me wait 2 hours just to tell me that my feet looked good. But the main issue is that was told multiple times that my medicine was sent to the pharmacy when it wasn't. Spend more than a week in pain because this place could not bother calling the pharmacy. At the end a manager was supposed to reach back to me to make things right, but never did. Will have to talk to my bank now. Avoid this place. Update. Call the number say they are going to pass me to the manager and have me on hold for 15 minutes for nothing. What a joke"
"Great experience. Highly recommend. Shameka and Morgan were kinda and caring. The PA took the time to explain everything to me, treated me with compassion and staff was efficient. We were in and out within an hour, left feeling better."
"Love this place. I have been here on three different occasions with my 1.5 and 4 year old. I was greeted by Andreina in the front desk (who called me ahead to let me know when was the best time to head in)- she is so nice, thorough, and efficient! The providers who treated my kids were also thorough and thoughtful in their approach. It did not feel like an urgent care where time is of the essence and moving on to the next patient is key. They took their time to assess, test, and treat my little ones. I am VERY pleased with this urgent care!!!"
"It has a nice atmosphere, after I signed in I saw the physician immediately. The whole process took about 40 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. If doing self-pay it’s pricey if you need multiple tests done but reasonable if it’s a single check up."
"My son had cold symptoms today and took him to MD Urgent care. Doctor Chang and Medical assistant were very caring and knowledgeable. Excellent care. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. He was treated for an upper respiratory cold. The scripts were faxed over to my pharmacy. When I arrived it was ready. We don't think twice to come here because we know we're in good hands. Thank you."
