"My family is been seeing Dr Otero and Dr Fraga for 18 years now, I could not have choose a better doctors to take care of my kids. The first time I took my son to see Dr otero I explain to him what was happening to my son, he checked him, look at me in the eye and told me, "you have to go right away to the hospital" my son is alive and in good health because god put this doctor in my way!"
"I have been with this office since 2014 and I am very dissapointed in the customer service they have been providing since covid 19 started. It was understandable at the beginning of the pandemic their call volume could be higher but at this 3 years later is very ridiculous. I will be changing my son from doctors, I cannot take this anymore."
"Today was my first time at Fort Myers Pediatrics, Dr Olga Fraga went above and beyond to take care of my 5 years old daughter. Since we moved from NJ it is the first time that a doctor explained all the treatment and worry about my daughter seasonal allergies. Also, it is true that is hard to someone answer the phone, but when you get there all staff are nice, I'm so happy I find them"

"Been trying to call the office to schedule an appointment for a month now. Left at least 25 messages. They never answer the phone. Doesn't even appear to be turned on because it goes directly to voicemail. Finally chose a new pediatrician. Had to take a day off of work to drive to their office to get medical records and was told it would take 72 hours and I should have requested it sooner. The rude girl said they were too busy to print it out. There was no one waiting and of course the phone never rang while I was there. Called our new pediatrician and explained the situation. They couldn't believe I was told it would take that long. My daughter's appointment is in a week and they said they would definitely make sure she gets another appointment as soon as possible if the medical records aren't ready in time. Fort Myers Pediatrics should be ashamed of the type of staff they have working for them."
