"Billing is awful. I have been attempting to make contact since January for reimbursement because they required a copay that they shouldn't have. They reimbursed one visit but not the other AFTER I sent a certified letter. The doctor is fine, the PA's were really nice but I found a different gastro simply because of the nightmare it has been with billing and trying to contact Mabel."

"I accidentally went up to this doctor office window instead of my doctor office window, one office staff lady rudely told me AND rolled her eyes at me. She actually looked as if she would fight me after, hair dyed red. I have since read many reviews where patients speak about how rude this staff is. How unprofessional to act that way when you are dealing with people who don’t feel well. They take peoples money and service but do not act professional."

"I can’t begin to express how disappointed I am with Dr. Arasu and his staff. Not only does his “bedside manner” completely contradict what one would expect from a pediatric doctor, he is arrogant and condescending. He truly believes his time is more important than yours. Be prepared to wait for over an hour, even if you are the first patient scheduled. His staff has the audacity to claim they don’t triple book. However, two families were checked in before us with the same 7am time slot. When he finally decided to grace us with his presence, he was rude, vague and unable to thoroughly present a diagnosis. He mentioned the next step would be to perform a procedure “that is very expensive and your insurance probably won’t cover”. He also said not to bother getting the blood work he ordered done at Quest as they won’t make any money. Lastly, I was trying to take notes as there is a language barrier (he is incredibly hard to understand, especially while wearing a mask for Covid). He told me I would be getting a report/summary and to “read it and make of it what you will”. I wasn’t aware I was also a gastroenterologist. I’m laughing as I write this as I’m baffled as to how he thinks this is acceptable behavior and treatment towards his patients and their caregivers. Not to mention, his staff is beyond rude and completely unhelpful. Be prepared to do all your own research, etc. in regards to finding locations that will perform the procedures the doctor ordered (many places do not perform the procedures on minors). I’m all for doing some of my own research but is it asking too much to be pointed in the right direction?! Have a little empathy and compassion for these kids and do your job."
