"I’m was new to this office. They refused to refill my blood thinners medicine I’ve been on for over 11yrs and it keeps me from having any further strokes. They changed my prescription without my knowledge, consent, or discussion. When I discovered and asked for my original prescription filled, the office person refused and said my prescription had been changed. The office manager said I was sent a recording message telling me how my prescription had changed. She even called me a baby for being upset on how I was being treated and for not following my new prescription. I would never again use this office or this Doctor Doctors should never just change a patient medication without consent or consultation. Very unprofessional Reported to florida health and Baycare So incompetent they sent in the wrong prescription after leaving this review My only response it the attached letter from his office. No remorse, apologies, attempt to correct his wrong doings and staff actions. Only his thinking he would ever make any further medical decisions on my life. He couldn’t even refill a standing prescription. This is what you get with a holiday doctor!"

"Not only did the doctor yell at me at my last visit, I called with concerns about an existing condition and they would not treat me also, the doctor put me on high blood pressure medication when I do not have high blood pressure. I guess he probably gets a good kickback for doing so. The side effects of the medication I took for less than a week was extreme dry mouth and blurred vision. I could only think the doctor for such terrible treatment. So I had to look for a new primary care provider. I guess I could only thank them for not treating me because now I found a good doctor"

"The office manager spoke to me in such a tone.. Like - well, what do you need ... why are you calling here .. After such an attitude of an office worker, it’s even scary for me to imagine what kind of doctor he is. No, thanks for the terrible attitude, I won't go there, that's for sure."

"My mother has been going to Dr. Patel for a couple of years now and we could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism. Everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful. They've even seen us when my mother was feeling ill but didn't have an appointment. That really impressed us. I highly recommend doctor Patel!"

"Very condensending office manager. I was to fax some paperwork into the Doctor's office so that I could find out if my daughter was ok. She stated the fax comes on a server and it could take all day. I explained that I knew she was busy, however, she did not let me speak. Then she said her fax server could take all day. Very unprofessional and there was absolutely no empathy. We are going through a custody battle and my ex husband has majority custody. He is also an abuser. He has a third party caring for my daughter while he is on the road and it is apparent they got to this office manager before I could."
