"If i could give them an infinite amount of stars i would. Hasell is everything you could want in a doctor and more. He was my pediatrician when I was two from the time i had aged out. I now have two children of my own and wouldn't place my children with anyone else as long as this office is around. Hasell took a big part in saving my life as a child when i was diagnosed with a brain abscess. Not only did he send me where i needed to go when he had concerns, after being admitted to where I needed to be he had continued to check on me, give my parents explanations of things in "normally English". I have had encounters with every doctor and nurse there for myself and my children and wouldn't recommend anyone else but this office!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ll fully explain why I feel this office is MONEY HUNGRY and to stay far far away! After a visit for a concern with my son we were referred to a specialist. All went well with the specialist and we were satisfied with the service. There was a minor service that remained, that we were going to deal with at a later time (seasonal allergy test). After the results from the specialist were sent to this pediatricians office, I received a phone call to schedule an appointment to go over the results from the specialist. I was a little thrown off being I already had the results. I chose to move forward and schedule an appointment anyway knowing it would lead to the allergy test. Immediately after scheduling the appointment for the following day I asked for a nurse to call me. I never received the call I asked for. The point in asking for a nurse to call me was I wanted to know if allergy tests were done in house, or if not, could I pick up the referral at the front office (as I have done with physicians offices many times). Since I never received the call I went forward with showing up at the appointment time. Upon entering the facility, I spoke with a lady at the front counter expressing my question/situation. She checked the notes in the computer and confirmed that my request for a call was noted, but not fulfilled. She was very kind and apologized. I expressed to her that I was asking this question to see if I could save paying a co-payment (to their office) just to get a piece of paper (referral) to go to specialist/testing facility and pay another co-payment. She understood, but was unable to provide an answer. She asked me to take a seat while she got with someone superior to her. I willingly did as asked. After a few moments I was called back to the window where she introduced me to a woman, who I believed was the coordinator of the office. At first glance she seemed very on edge, and almost shaking as if she were overwhelmed. Our conversation was very to the point, where she explained that I must pay the co-payment and continue with my appointment in order to get a referral. I understood and advised that I would rather contact the specialist and get a referral at no charge once I was ready to. The conversation was civilized and I was pleased to have be given the answer I attempted to get the day prior. I again thanked the lady at the front desk for her help is assisting me. About a week later I get a letter in the mail stating that this office is no longer able to take care of my child due to poor doctor/office to patient relationship... My husband (who was also present during the attempted appointment) and I were thrown for a loop by this letter. Considering that our conversations went on without any issues, the only reason I can see for the discontinuation of services is that they could not get what they wanted of me and my insurance company, money! I find this move very immature and petty. There was no need for their actions. Again, I recommend that since this office refuses to assist their patients with a simple request or a simple answer to a question with out funds being exchanged to stay far away! Thank you for reading my story and I hope this helps prevent someone else from being victim of this office and their childish antics."

"Dr. Hassel and his affiliates, as well as his clinical and office staff are amazing! Everyone is patient, kind, knowledgeable, personable, reapectful. The office is charming and clean. You feel comfortable and there is never a wait. They are gentle with procedures and thorough with explanations.I am so blessed to have this team of professionals caring for the most important people in my life, my daughter's. They came highly recommended and I wish I had gone sooner."

"My son Evan has been going to The Pediatric Medical group since he was a day old and I have Trusted them since. They listen to your concerns and answer all your questions. The staff is very professional and will always try to accommodate in the event an urgent appointment is needed. The Doctors are Skilled and provide Expert care to Children. Dr. Hernandez has been his primary doctor and she has always been compassionate, caring and is a very knowledgeable doctor. Chris, the pediatric nurse practitioner is genuinely concerned about each patient and is outstanding. I wanted the very BEST for my son and The Pediatric Medical Group is the Best decision!"
