"Big language barrier issue there. Had my son Friday night 10 pm called First thing Monday morning and they denied him saying that we needed to call them within 24-48 hours to get him seen. Am I missing something ? Also very rude over the phone as when we take our daughter there for check ups as well. Only a couple of them are nice including Dr. Luis himself."

"Phenomenal doctor and staff. I’ve been with Dr Scaccabarrozzi for 13 years. He listens to all my needs and concerns about my children and definitely makes us feel at ease when we have any doubts or concerns. He also talks with our children not just about medical stuff but ask them how their doing in school and give them little prep talks. I love it. We moved to Ocala but we will never change our children doctor so we travel the long drive just to visit just because you will never find a doctor who cares for your child as much as he cares about his. Thank you Dr Scaccabarrozzi and Team for always going above and beyond for your patients."

"If I can give this office front office a negative star I would. I love the providers. But it’s hard to get an appointment, you can’t get a hold of the nurse you leave a msg and won’t hear back in a timely manner. And I called today for an appointment for my son to see his pediatrician for Monday she said they won’t make appointments for Monday because they have a lot of cancellations. So they rather you call Monday (the day off) to see what’s available. My thing is my son never had any cancellations or showed up late his his appointment. I explained to the receptionist (who by the way loved to tell me she is in charge of the schedule when I asked to speak to the office manager)that I just need to find a slot for my son so me or my husband can work out our schedule."

"Both of my children have seen Dr. Luis Scaccabarrozzi and his nurse practitioners and staff for the last 4 years. We have NEVER had a less than stellar experience there. They are loving and compassionate and always happy to help. They take our concerns seriously and treat my children with love. And we have been on Medicaid since we started there...to debunk a previous negative review. Hope we never have to leave!"

"I had a wonderful experience here. My daughter had been anemic for two months with no improvement despite supplements and diet changes when we decided to get a second opinion. Dr. Scacabarozzi brought us so much peace. The office is so clean and colorful. We were seen right on time and out in under an hour. He spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and calming our fears. Turns out my daughter was no longer anemic and he gave us recommendations on how to proceed with respect to what our current pediatrician recommended. His practice does not accept Prestige for new patients so I had to pay out of pocket but even the price was fair compared to what other offices charge. Once we can afford to pay out of pocket regularly I will be switching to him."
