"Took my 6 month son in for an eye infection, saw Beverly. She said he also had an ear infection and needed antibiotics (amoxicillin) I thought that was odd because I told her he showed no signs of an ear infection and he had no fever .. she also prescribed eye drops for his eye. I am all for antibiotic use when absolutely necessary but I think it’s way over used / over prescribed (why there is such resistance and poor gut health is so common) I did not want my otherwise very healthy 6 month old on antibiotics so soon in life unless absolutely necessary so I went for a second opinion at another clinic and was told his ears ‘looked great’ and so sign of infection (this was one day later…) also the eye drops she prescribed were not working so the new doctor gave me a different kind and his eye cleared up in less than 24 hours. I will say the office staff is great but I do not trust this nurse."

"If you are going to pay an outside company to answer calls while the staff is at lunch…at least make sure they can answer basic information about the clinic. The company that the phone system transferred us to was very incompetent about the clinic and healthcare in general. As I told the man on the phone, “thanks for your help, or lack thereof”"

"We were patients here for sometime, but after many ineffective treatments and their greedy medical practitioners showing their true colors we have had to move on. This group and its administration pretend to care about children but they are only interested in one thing….and it isn’t your child. Run!!!!"
