From transferring of my loved ones ashes into the necklaces we had made here to have made with ashes blown into them, to always communicating & going above and beyond in every way for our family -.wow. They helped us create a beautiful obituary online to share, and kept us up to date in where my grandmothers ashes were in each step of the process. No other company could have been as gracious with the handling of my grandmother's cremation from beginning to end. Allison, who is the funeral director here at the Ruskin location, is amazing. Professional, never missed a beat, was kind, patient. I was also blessed with having Marjorie handle just about everything else.
