"Why does the waiting room smell so bad. The smell of urine is horrendous. Please do something about this. Someone needs to do some serious cleaning. Just because you’re urologist doesn’t mean it should smell this bad."

"I could not be more grateful to Dr. Kurzer, he is super professional, knowledgeable and communicative. His staff at the front desk is the sweetest they make you feel welcomed each and everytime. I do have an issue with the lady in billing she is rude. I have been going to this office for 6 months never told that their billing is a third party. When I went yesterday I got hit with a bill that was dragging since January. I asked her for an explanation, and thats when the rudeness came in. It'seems that she herself was not very sure. Instead of being kind and communicative she chooses to be unprofessional. I hated her demeanor."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Kurzer for the last 7 years and have always had an excellent experience. From the beginning, he has handled every visit with a high level of care and professionalism, but also a great sense of humor to break down any qualms you may have when going to see a doctor for your private area. A good example I can give of my own experience: I recently needed to have a surgical procedure performed which required going under anesthesia. Going under for any reason makes me nervous and it may have been visible in my demeanor pre-op. Dr. Kurzer came to the bedside beforehand to speak with me about the procedure once more and answer any last minute questions I had. Afterwards, he took the time to tell me a funny personal story of his and this really put me at ease. Needless to say, the procedure was perfect with a quick recovery and virtually no scarring. Dr. Kurzer actually cares about his patients and has never made me feel pressured, rushed, or tried to issue an unnecessary prescription like so many doctors these days. I would highly recommend Dr. Kurzer to anyone looking for an excellent urologist."

"I want to start by saying if I could honestly give 0 stars to this man, I would. Not only did I wait 2 1/2 hours but this man was THE most condescending person I have ever met in my life. He doesn’t let you speak or express your concerns without interrupting you, he claims to be a urologist, however, was questioning my OB/GYN’s (who referred me to him) diagnosis about my reproductive health WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH UROLOGY. He was so disrespectful, I was completely stunned. I also heard his assistant say behind my back that “if I didn’t like the wait—I could just leave.” SAVE YOUR VALUABLE TIME/ENERGY/MONEY and please do not give this office your business!!!!!!!!!! Do not come here!! I have never written a review about anyone and I felt the need to share this with the world because this was unacceptable and just cruel."

"I always have a great experience visiting Dr Kurzer office. The staff is friendly and correctly says my name (Xavier not X-Xavier). They are always smiling. There is no waiting on your appointment. You are in and out in a “jiffy”. Dr Kurzer is very pleasant and not rushing. He has a conversation with you to make you feel comfortable. Be sure to check out Dr Kurzer travel photos that are scattered throughout the office and in the examination. Again always a great experience."
