I once asked her to look at a rash( that's not why I went in) and she said my time was up and I need to make another appointment for that"

"I wouldn't give this Dr. even 1 star. I never liked this Dr. even from the first visit but I continued to go to her. Now, I am truly done with her rudeness. She spoke to me harshly and said I didn't follow her instructions which I did. She continued to say that I have been her patient for years. Not true. I have been maybe 1. She is the ugliest and meanest Dr. I have come across."

"The worst PCP we’ve ever had. My mom has been going to her for a year, and comes back frustrated after every visit. I decided to accompany her one day and was shocked at Shah’s poor behavior, rude and condescending tone and LACK of interest. She literally made us wait only to come into the room for less than 5 mins. She didn’t listen to any of the symptoms or concerns my mom had and basically started walking out. Isn’t your job to LISTEN to and advise the patient?!? We couldn’t even ask questions because she was so disinterested. Then she started belittling us for the type of insurance we had. I pay $900/month for that insurance AND she billed that same insurance $300 for our visit. That’s convenient isn’t it! If you want to be treated poorly, belittled and misdiagnosed all while paying for it, go and see this doctor. If not, spare yourself."
