"Very Ghetto, unpleasant & unprofessional.. You can’t explain nothing or ask a question to this doctor without her saying something smart, As A doctor you’re supposed to have a friendly approach with an open mind.. I asked this Doctor a few questions and also tried to explain myself, she gets frustrated cuts me off and says things like “ Uh whatever Ok I’ll just check “ or says things like “ This is why we don’t .. uh never mind forget it .” She puts stuff off numerous times, you always have to touch base with her about information because I’m constantly being Brushed off . As A POC - I’m shocked to be treated this way . Dr. Smith is Very Offputting and like I mentioned, unprofessional. Smith & Her assistant does not give the opening - welcoming arms like Adler and his assistant. - y’all are better off going to adler, saving you guys the wasted time , respectfully"

"The lady in the front office is rude and pompous and is the reason I am switching Doctor offices. Dr. Smith was great, the nurses and other faculty was great. However that lady in the front office is unbearable and is the reason I am switching Doctor offices. You guys should really work on replacing her. She brings down the whole office, which is a shame because everyone else there is full of smiles and joy! Such a shame! My records still have not been sent to the designated office for Dr Aqua as requested and I need my prenatal care appointment ASAP!"

"This was one of the best appointments I've ever had. This was my very first gynecologist appointment and she made me very comfortable, she listened to me, and she made me feel welcome. She answered all of my questions, she was gentle, and talked through everything she was doing."

"Dr. Smith is AMAZING. The office staff is professional and polite. The only downside is the wait time. I don't typically like waiting for long periods of time when I have a scheduled appointment. However, the staff and Dr. Smith makes up for the wait with their courtesy and professionalism. I know Dr. Smith always has the best interest of the patient in mind. First doctor that has ever listened and respected my concerns. This office and doctor are amazing."

"Dr. Smith is a good doctor. She was thorough in her assessment of me. She made me feel very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were welcoming as well. But the staff in the lab weren't very attentive. I stood in the lab area for a good 2 minutes while the staff continued with their own thing not asking me how they could help me until Dr. Smith came over and asked them where I should wait until they were ready for me. They really need to make some changes in that regard."
