The Eustis Community Center, located at 601 Northshore Drive in Eustis, Florida, offers a picturesque setting overlooking Lake Eustis for your next private event. The facility boasts a spacious banquet hall with high ceilings, complete with a dance floor, full-service kitchen, audiovisual equipment, elegant lighting, banquet tables, and chairs. Adjacent to the center is a charming park area with a playground and gazebo.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, double refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, coffee pots, beverage urns, prep and clean-up areas. Floor plans are required at the time of booking, with changes allowed up to 30 days prior to the event. Alcohol is permitted with a security deposit due at the completion of the contract, refundable based on the condition of the facility post-usage and adherence to house rules.
Chaperones are required for all youth functions, with rates varying for alcohol and non-alcohol functions. The City Manager or Designee may require Liability Insurance and/or Host Liquor Liability Insurance for certain events. Sales tax is 7% on the hourly rental total, with resident and non-resident rates available.

"They had a little gathering there that I was invited to. It was for veterans which I am. All the place was nicely decorated and they had flag shaped napkins. They have several speakers pictures wonderful and then Kathryn and Charlotte the two women I met from Ashley's cottage. The president of the club came to greet us. And she thanked us for our service she was happy that there were some women veterans there. They had mashed potatoes and green beans and carrots and a wonderful meatloaf luncheon. It was nice to just be honored and served and thanks for our service. I was a little uncomfortable at first cuz I'm not used to going to huge gatherings even though I am a veteran I don't usually go to the gatherings. Thank you for making me feel so welcome even though I was nervous cuz I didn't know a single person there."
