I was trying to explain I had chemical toxin reactions from occupational toxins that started my internal issues. An OSHA death investigator, my uncle helped me find those fact sheets. I had CDC facts on how to test for nitrates to give him. 2023 after complaints, code enforcement & an installed Reverse Osmosis & Arsenic Filter from Fl Dept of water restoration, I saw specialists for testing to give an internal MD. i've a 35yr history of being denied medical care because of underlying conditions, not diagnosed. i did this to ask for treatment for 3 recent falls & years in my own home where we flooded mined phosphates and sewage. I need treatment for possible internal injuries from the 3 falls, I'm in screaming pain. One specialist wrote I also had pain from a shoulder impingement.
