"I visited the clinic for pre employment physical and labs. The staff were all courteous and friendly. Shout out to Susan who has excellent personal skills and a Great sense of humor. She made my day and the visit memorable."
"Don’t get me wrong staff were nice and did their job extremely well but there’s no way i should wait around for 5 hours for a dot medical card that is just absurd. Good thing about the 5 hr wait time is that I was able to finish the rest the show Severance on Apple tv. Great show btw!"
"Susan is the best. Her attitude and sense of humor is awesome. I went in there ready to take my drug test but couldn't hold it any longer. So while chugging water and juice waiting for the next urge, she kept me entertained while still doing what she had to do work wise. The other staff members I encountered where great. The receptionist (i didnt catch her name) is very friendly and pretty quick."

"Most of the staff was great, really friendly, and welcoming. My nurse was great as well. Came here a few times for my work related injury. However, I was being schedule for physical therapy but I had declined it and canceled my appointment. On my last visit before being discharged, a staff member asked if I wanted to do therapy which I declined. However, she claims I no showed for two sessions. I was never given appointments for these two sessions, not by paper, not by verbal communication, nothing. Not even an email or mobile reminder. Her tone was very condescending as well. I had smooth appointments but the ending visit left a sour taste in my mouth."
