"This practice is a joke. The staff is nice but their policies are crazy. They provided me ONE appointment time to do a follow up & because I work full time and as everyone knows it’s not a piece of cake to just leave work in the middle of the day. I requested a different appointment time and they were unable to accommodate my schedule and therefore dismissed me from the practice. Their hours aren’t inclusive to those that work a regular job & it’s unacceptable for that to be a reason to dismiss anyone. I was also fairly new and it was never disclosed “hey if you can’t make your appointment you can’t come here anymore.” Not that I was neglectful, rude, didn’t pay no valid reason. Go somewhere else."

"I would have been a transfer pt to dr. Patel. Was really looking forward to coming here but it was rough. I handed over my medical record around 27 weeks being told that they take transfers and had space and to give them a few days for review of records. Checked in by walk in and weekly phone calls saying they are still reviewing after 2-3 weeks. After waiting weeks, they ask me to bring another copy because they have lost my medical record. A day or two later they deny me saying I’m past their 30 week transfer time. Had they not waited weeks or lost the record on their end that wouldn’t have been the case. So that’s unfortunate how little accountability there was or communication or care for the pt and baby there was. More focused on process that were already misaligned . Waiting on those calls when you’re a brand new mom and being misdirected multiple times has really changed my mind on where pt care stands unfortunately. I’m sure he could be a great doctor … but without compassion and consideration for the pt and a workflow that demonstrates structure for the overall medical group , all the bad can quickly outweigh the good and that’s where we ended up"

"Despite how many times we went there and as a couple we agreed we wanted one doctor and scheduled all our meetings for one doctor, the day of: what a great surprise that Patel just "dropped by" even though he was off the clock. Will honestly not be coming back because our whole birth plan was flipped upside-down when he showed up. Everyone else there was very nice an endearing hense the two stars. Wishing everyone else there a wonderful year."

"Very kind OBGYN. I was really nervous about my medical issue and he made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything very easily and told me all of my options, so I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision immediately. Usually, I am not comfortable with male doctors due to my previous experiences, but Dr. Patel made me feel at ease."

"I have so many good things to say about Dr. Patel as well as Sarah and Meggan! I was so anxious throughout my pregnancy and they continually listened to any concerns I had and cared about my baby. I gave birth to my son under their care and I have Dr. Patel to thank for a safe delivery of my healthy baby boy. I cannot thank him enough!"
