"2 stars for awesome location and cute hippie vibe! I've dropped in a handful of times since they took the place of Sublime Yoga (which was awesome btw) 5 years ago and the classes have just been just so-so. The last class was led by a super friendly and welcoming younger hippie type guy. I was hoping for a great class this time around (again) but the class sequence was choppy. I was so disappointed, again. In my opinion this studio lacks well versed, truly seasoned instructors. I've been practicing yoga for over 18 years all over the country. I've been to big and small studios. It's the instructors who keep yogi's come back for more. Also, this review is to help the studio do better, not to insult. I noticed another not so great review and whoever commented seemed insulted by the review even eluding to the person who wrote the post as "un-yogic" and possibly posing as a local business owner trying to sabotage them. Honestly that was a thoughtless and unexpected response coming from an actual yoga studio. Reviews are to help both the consumer and the business make choices."
"Incredible and kind instructors. You truly feel like you are part of a community even from your first class. The practice itself is healing-and the smaller class sizes facilitate an intimate experience. No matter where you are in your practice-they help you grow in more ways than one. I have learned so much about myself in this studio-the classes are challenging both mentally and physically- but totally modifiable so you can come as you are and find it enjoyable and rewarding. One of the best yoga studios I have ever been to!! Highly recommend!!"
"I can’t say enough good things about this studio- I completely adore Lorelle and her Friday morning garden class and Amy’s Wednesday night “sandbag” class. These are my go-to places for calmness and re-centering my life. Keep it up Warrior One!"
"Warrior One is yoga AND… a life-changing community, love and support, knowledge, courage, wellness, and just a great place to be you. They offer a mix of classes from spinning and row, to hot power, and my favorite yin. The instructors and staff are always welcoming, so you feel like you belong even if it’s your first day. You don’t have to know anything about yoga, you just have to go with an open mind. I recommend this place for anyone that is willing to try something new or is the season pro."
