"I was blessed enough met and begin to roll with Jay at the start of my jiujitsu journey. Hes a brown belt and is always willing to teach and train. Even travels and keeps mats with him at all times! His enthusiasm for the sport and passion for healthy lifestyle is why i spend my time with him. Furthermore, Jays style is very calm and surgical. I take from these sessions that "hey, if you breathe with it, stay super calm, dont panic, you will advance." The way the moves are so slow (it seems) you have no choice but to learn.
