Vargas Taekwondo is a martial arts institution located at 870 South Sun Drive in Lake Mary, Florida. We pride ourselves on teaching the values of COURTESY, INTEGRITY, PERSEVERANCE, SELF-CONTROL, and INDOMITABLE SPIRIT. Our classes are designed to improve strength, well-being, and confidence for individuals of all backgrounds. From traditional taekwondo to weapons training, we offer a variety of classes for students in Heathrow, Lake Mary, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Apopka, and Winter Springs, Florida. Our experienced coaching staff helps students develop discipline, focus, and respect while improving academically and socially. We offer classes for all ages, starting at 5 years old. Our advanced Taekwondo course is designed for students looking to take their abilities to the next level. We believe in the importance of self-defense and aim to share these skills with as many people as possible. Our Leadership and Instructor Program encourages community service and teaches leadership skills. At Vargas Taekwondo, we focus on teaching not only excellent taekwondo skills but also important virtues that make individuals better people overall.
