"My son started Rolles Gracie Academy Lake Mary in September 2023. So far he is really enjoying it, and the belt stripe system is keeping him motivated. Prof. Gracie and Prof. Medici know how to work with kids and teach at each student's level. The gym, which offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced instruction, is located just inside the 24 Hour Fitness building and is open Monday-Saturday. BJJ training includes both aerobic and strength conditioning and has the added benefit of teaching self defense and helping kids build confidence. If you live in the area and are looking for a way to help your kids stay healthy, Rolles Gracie Academy is a great option."
"Stopped in at Rolles Gracie Academy while I was in town for a chance to practice and as a purple belt who has trained at several academies I was delighted by the level of instruction given by the coaches and open arms I was welcomed with. This is a great school with plenty of mat space, excellent hygiene, and phenomenal coaches. If I was local I’d very much enjoy being a member of their stellar program."
