"Had two bikes that needed tune ups and some parts replaced (pedals, cog, chain, gear shift, grips etc.), the work was done exceptionally in less than 24 hours at half the price the other bike shop in town charges. Shop had all the parts in stock with several choices to select from. They have A LOT of bikes for sale- lots to choose from also! Highly recommend this shop!"
"I bought a bike from Mark today! He was very nice and reasonably priced. He is older and I noticed I needed to speak up so keep that mind before you think he doesn't care. He was very patient and didn't talk me into buying a bike. I left and couldn't find a bike better so I came back and got the one I loved! He has so many bikes...all kinds! "Normally I would never give a rating like this. But being that this is only one of 2 stores in Hernando county it gets 1. The person I spoke with was polite but never heard of what I was asking and had zero interest in seeing if he could even help me. I told him the name of the product. Which is called tannus armor tire inserts. That protect you from flats. I was having a hard time getting them in myself. So I guess either he has so much business he can afford to turn down a potential new customer who would have came back regularly and spent money there. Or he just doesn't care about having any new customers. So I will let my friends know they are not worth giving your money too and I'll just take my business elsewhere."
"Had my grandson's bike serviced, new tires, new seat and maintenance work done. The owner is very quiet but a master craftsman. He has a phenomenal inventory, never tries to sell anyone - anything which is so refreshing. It's old fashioned service, honest, personal attention, caring, professional, taking one individual at - a time giving his full attention to make things right. If you want REAL service find your way to this business, it's well worth it."
"This bicycle shop is like a yesteryear shop - a one man show. He does it all. I have been there twice and he immediately gives you his attention. He has a huge selection of new bikes all kinds of brands and styles. Reasonable prices on his bikes."
