We welcome you to our Martial Arts Family, where you can become a better version of yourself through our program that focuses on self-defense, leadership, and self-esteem. Our instructors have trained world class champions in the USA and Mexico, and we are dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults develop a strong character and self-confidence through Martial Arts.

With 25 years of experience, we have graduated over 300 black belts and offer one of the best Black Belt programs. You can learn striking, kicking, inner power, meditation, and more in our classes. We also offer Brazilian jiu-jitsu training, which focuses on ground fighting techniques.

Our Kicking program includes over 250 different combinations of kicks for self-defense and competitions. We also offer training in oriental weapons such as swords, sticks, and nunchakus. Our program is designed to improve your psychomotor skills and ability to use both hands simultaneously.
