"I purchased their 24/7 plan with access to their facility. I got an immediate email telling me about the plan I purchased which detailed the 24/7 access and stated I would get a personal code to the facility. However, when I tried to go to the facility for hitting practice around 10:30pm it was locked with a doorbell that rings to a phone. I was told I could only access between 7-10pm and that I would not get a code. I requested a refund."
