"This planet fitness is truly great when you walk thru the door all the employees are very friendlyand kind. There is one employe that truly stands out over the rest though and his name is zach he is just about the friendliest guy youll ever meet always has a positive attitude and motivates me to get my workout done. The gym is always kept up and very clean and always feels like a safe and clean enviorment this is a great look for general manager tom who is great at keeping up his gym. Great job and keep up the great work love working out here."

"I’ve been coming here since August, and I have been incredibly pleased with this gym and staff! My friend and I enjoy the range of equipment that we can use to do our workouts. Since I’ve been coming, I’ve noticed that they have hired some new people and they have been quite friendly. I like seeing the staff walking around and doing deep cleaning, because it’s quite frustrating and upsetting seeing other customers not cleaning after using the equipment. When you enter the gym, they don’t always greet you which is kind of awkward, but it’s fine. I don’t have a black card but I had a friend let me try out the hydro bed, I wish that I could afford that. It was very nice. Upon exiting the gym, they usually say goodbyes, but again not always. Regardless, if you need to talk to them they have always been friendly to me. The women’s locker room is quite nice and *usually* well maintained. There has only been one instance where I went to go shower after my workout, and it was absolutely disgusting in there. I promptly left. Other than that, I’ve had no issues and have continued to use the facilities. I do wish that there was a full body mirror in the ladies room, and not just the half mirrors. I appreciate the different sections of the gym and that there is more than enough cleaning solution to go around. There’s always enough mats if needed; and if someone is using equipment you want to use there’s usually another one open or plenty of other alternatives. I know Planet Fitness gets a bad reputation, but I can honestly say I’m pleasantly surprised at how happy it makes me to come here. There’s always room for improvements in running a business, but I can tell that there’s effort."

"Saw someone here write "it's always overcrowded". They must have their locations mixed up. After 5p there's the usual after work numbers. Over crowded? Hardly. During the a.m. and day you can count the number of guests on two hands. I've been in here when there were 6 people in the entire gym. It's very clean, people are decent, staff is friendly, equipment is in great shape, plenty of parking."
