Welcome to Ares Training Facility, an exceptional outdoor shooting range located at 35615 North Treasure Island Avenue in Leesburg, Florida. We are proud to offer firearms training education, recreational shooting opportunities, and self-defense classes for individuals of all skill levels. At Ares Training Facility, we provide a safe and family-friendly environment for shooters to hone their skills. Our expansive 100-acre range offers a variety of shooting distances, from pistol practice to long-range shooting up to 850 yards. Whether you are a seasoned marksman or a beginner looking to improve, our facility has something for everyone.
In addition to our range facilities, we also offer a range of classes taught by experienced instructors in various shooting disciplines. From concealed carry permit classes to advanced tactical training, our instructors are dedicated to helping you develop the skills needed to protect yourself and your loved ones.
For those looking to become members of Ares Training Facility, we offer different membership levels to suit various budgets and shooting preferences. Members enjoy exclusive access to additional ranges, discounts on range time rates, and the opportunity to participate in member-only events and classes.
Visitors are also welcome at Ares Training Facility, whether you are looking to try out our range for the first time or simply passing through the area. Our range is equipped with a variety of firearms for rent, including pistols, revolvers, and even Class 3 Full-Auto Machine Guns for a truly unique shooting experience.
At Ares Training Facility, safety is our top priority. All visitors are required to watch a safety video and sign a waiver before shooting on the range. Our range hours are Wednesday through Saturday until 5 pm and Sunday until 3 pm.

"The best range in Central Florida! Great, friendly staff, steel set up out to 860 yards for those who enjoy precision shooting and action bays for those looking to work up close drills. I live an hour and a half away in Orlando and make the drive simply because no other range in the area can offer the kind of long-range shooting and steel already set up to get a higher level of training in that a standard 100 yard range typically offer. Make the trip out and check them out!"
