Flow Space Healing Arts is a gym and health institution located in Gainesville, Florida. We believe in creating expressive environments that encourage moments of realization and connection to our purpose in life. Our goal is to bring people into their bodies and out of their minds, unlocking deeper levels of consciousness and connecting to the flow of magic within us all. Through movement classes, Thai massage workshops, and intentional events, we aim to cultivate this energy and strengthen our community together.
