"My husband loved his oysters and shrimp. The red beans were phenomenal. I did not like the scallops at all. Even after a refire. They didn’t have good flavor and they were way over cooked. I am not sure they were real scallops. Aside from that everything was great. Service was great. Take cash. They charge for cards."
"Good place of the beaten path where a lot of locals go. Nice rustic atmosphere. Great service. I got the White Fish & Shrimp platter with boiled New Potatoes. The shrimp were small and tasted as if they were imported??? My wife got the Oysters & Shrimp. The Oysters were awesome. Over all, I would give it a 5 except for the shrimp. I still highly recommend it!"

"This is a must visit!! To be honest I did try a more simple platter to cook (fried oysters, fried fish, and fried shrimp). Although it is all fried, the breading is very light. The oysters were very light and crispy (I usually never eat fried oyster, prefer fresh. Which they do have. Just not on this plate.) Their sides. I tried three different sides. Baked beans, potato salad, and fried okra. Baked beans and potato salad are made in-house and very delicious. Almost a cafe family atmosphere. If you go, be sure to request SaraJane to be your waitress (I'm sure all their waitstaff is great). She is exceptional! Very nice, does a great job and just an Amazing person!!"
"I wanted to not be impressed, but I was. Atmosphere was fun and food was delicious and we had great service! (Thanks Brittany! ) Colossal crab was an amazing hit as was the foot of house made onion rings (not for the faint of heart). We sat at the bar and the service was outstanding all the way around. The food was all expertly made, plated and delivered. Will be back! 10/10"
