"I received the best training of my insurance sales career here. They educate you on everything related to Medicare. This company personally changed my life. They even provided generators during Hurricane Ian! Remember the Hurricane in SW FL? They helped us significantly and they only required you to work at the office three days out the week. They taught you about Special election periods and actually paid for you to obtain your license through their Pearson Vue program. Anybody who lacks appreciation for this company that has worked here in the past was probably fired for compliance. The company was bought out by Willis Towers Watson, a Global international company. We made SO MUCH money during AEP. I know some agents that made THOUSANDS of dollars. I'm talking 20-30k and this isn't a joke. They pay you based off tiers. Great experience, great company, great trainers, great leadership!"

"I worked for TZ Insurance for a short time and I will never work for them again. Their tactics for selling insurance to seniors are scare tactics and I do not stand for it. I feel like if a senior tells you no or they want to look around I should not have to rebuttal them or pressure them into buying a policy. They terminated my employment because I did not sell aggressively or fast enough for them. I have been sick and stressed out behind them for trying to keep my job, I have dealt with stomach problems and everything else stressing about this job. Only thing that was good about them was the pay rate but other then that I would not work for them."
"This is a great work environment. I work in the Tampa, FL Center. The management team is wonderful and very supportive. The hours are flexible, the compensation decent, and actually just got better with the new vacation compensation. They offer Medical, Dental, 401-K, Vacation Etc.If you like to make money and have great communication skills with the ability to sell and want to be around fun people then what are you waiting for...?
