"I am so happy I chose this gym. It is about 35 minutes away from me but I chose it primarily for the cleanliness of the gym being much better than your typical gym. I pray this is kept up! There is always enough wipes, clean sauna, locker room, and mopped floors. The aesthetics of a gym psychologically is important to getting you to show up and I’m happy to be a member of this gym. Great environment and less of a wait to use equipment than other big gyms due to the variety of equipment they have."

"I had an appointment today at Gold's Gym Ocala for an assessment with one of their trainers, Sheryl. I can't even begin to tell you how thorough and comfortable it was. Such a sweet girl. Asked me what I wanted to accomplish, and showed me the steps to get there. It's always nerve wracking to start at a gym, but she made me feel so welcome. Explained how to use the machines, and assured me that she was available in the future if I needed anything. No heavy sales pitch for training. Very pleased. Don't hesitate . You won't be disappointed."

"I’m so impressed with this gym and I look forward to going there daily! It is clean, modern, and an enjoyable experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. Even if it is busier, there is always enough equipment to use. What a wonderful gym we have in North Ocala!!!"

"Very clean. Best time to go is early in the morning. Have found myself waiting for people to finish their social media catch ups while just using the machines to sit. The earlier the easier to get your workout routine done quickly. They should pay attention to those who spend 30 minutes on their phones, without working out on machines. Other than that, well equipped and most of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful."

"I was a member here since they opened (5 years). Gym has plenty of maintained equipment. Locker/restrooms are clean. Staff can be hit or miss. My complaint is the cancellation process. They make it difficult so you won’t cancel. First you have to go in person, you can’t do it over the phone. Then they grill you with a bunch of questions of why you want to cancel. Also they say you have to give 30 days notice and bill you for the next month. There’s no need for that, that’s just an excuse to go ahead and bill you for one last month before you leave. I quit recommending them based on their cancellation process. I canceled because the drive there became too much with my new career. I’d never join there again even if I lived across the street based on how they treat a long time patron like me."
