"Outrageous prices for broken, dirty items. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The place is PACKED WITH DONATED ITEMS. A glass set with scratched off gold has been on the shelf for $35 for almost two years. I’m done, I used to love this thrift store but the managers greed has gotten in the way of their mission. You make more money for your charity by offering a good value on products not by ripping people off charging 5% less than new for filthy, broken JUNK. You can’t even walk around because it’s so packed yet they keep raising the prices. I’ve talked to many customers while in the store and they all feel the same. Half price weekend only makes the prices comparable to other thrift stores. I recommend Herrys, Sheriffs Ranch, and Daystar. Key Training has three stores in our county and help only 300 clients. The math ain’t mathing."
