"My mother and I are visiting from San Diego, California. We just had a duet private lesson with SCOTT. My mother is 76 about to turn 77 and she tried Pilates for the first time. I’ve been to many Pilates classes and private lessons and I found his private lesson absolutely informative, instructional, entertaining and he got my stomach fully engaged. My Mom loved it and wants to start Pilates when we return home. We just scheduled two more privates with Scott and highly recommend him and the studio. The center is also adorable."

"I took classes at SoWal Pilates this past week. They were amazing! I really enjoyed taking classes there, the space is beautiful, open and clean. The teacher is great and very knowledgeable. The workout was amazing and Brittany was very patient with my beginner ability and told me how to do moves that would be easier for me but also explained how I could do them as I become stronger. I hope next time I go back I can take a Booty Barre class because people in my Pilates class were talking about how great that class is. I would recommend everyone to go take a class with Brittany. "Just wrote a review on YELP, but I've got to spread the word! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET IN SHAPE IN SOUTH WALTON! So Wal Pilates is the perfect place to get back in shape at the beach! When I visit Seaside, I love to take Brittany (the owner's) Booty Barre classes and pilates classes. They are a great workout and more importantly, she is a GREAT teacher! The studio is beautiful and tranquil and the classes are very well priced (a better deal than other studios in the area!). If you are in South Walton, I absolutely recommend that you head to So Wal Pilates! You won't regret it!"

"SoWal Pilates is the absolute best pilates studio I have ever been too. It is clean, modern, and relaxing. The owner / teacher Brittany Lee is amazing. She has a way of teaching that makes you feel so comfortable. She explains herself wonderfully and is very encouraging. I have taken Private, Duet's and Mat classes. I love the privates because you get the one on one experience and you are really able to work on your form. That way when you go to mat class you have a better feel of how to work your body. I also take her Booty Barre class and it is GREAT! The class is more of a cardio class with fun music, light weights, and the Barre. I would definalty recommend SoWal pilates to everyone."
