"Great school its not the teachers that dont care its the students. Sports are a big part of Pace High which is a good thing because it keeps most kids out of trouble. This is my third year ibe played basketball all three years and have amazing grades so the teachers aren't bad they care alot."

"I had the greatest displeasure of attending this school and having to graduate from it 3 years ago. Sports were always top priority in this school. Anything based in the arts (theater, art, music, ROTC, etc.) was constantly put on the back-burner and got zero recognition. I mean, athletics are clearly very important, but I think the limelight should be passed to more than a few very specific teams. The education you received was more or less dependent on the teacher you were assigned. I had some classes where the teacher really wanted you to learn more than just Common Core, and aimed to enlighten you on many topics in their subject. Others seemed to not give a rats a** about anything and leave you struggling to teach the curriculum to yourself. Overall I had a very poor experience at this school, and hope to the lawd that something in the system as changed at this point."

"I love this school My oldest daughter graduated from there. The Special Education Program is excellent. The staff is wonderful and the do help the students and the parents. They were very helpful when my dad died and we had to fly all the way to the US Virgin Islands. The ladies in the front ( student services) made a difficult moment for me very easy. Wonderful. I look forward to 4 more years."

"I am currently attending this school. For those who say bad things, well, this school sure has changed in the past few years. So here is the thing, they do NOT beat you. Who ever said that in the reviews was lying. And the learning/teaching is actually quite good. And this is coming from an academically smart student. So this school is a good school and you should attend it. If anything, this school has challenged many students in their future career."

"Florida has never been well known for stellar education systems, and to be completely honest Pace High School only adds onto this unfortunate stereotype. I attended Pace High School and cannot generally say anything good about it. The teachers I had who put effort into my (and other student's) education were few and far between, and I knew from the moment I began my first class there that, academically, this school was going to be of no help to me in preparing for college or my future. It puts more effort (unsurprisingly) into its athletics than into its classes, and the only people who could benefit at all from this school and its system are students involved in its sports and those who are not looking to leave Pace or Florida ever in their lives. My experience at this school wasn't pure Hell, but it was disappointing and exhausting enough that I would much rather wash my hands of it and leave the area altogether for a better school than spend another minute in one of its classes. Another review explained the funding and teacher situation better than I could, so I will leave it at that."
