"We spend a few months each year in the Bushnell area. I had two experiences over the last two years. Both were not emergencies, but were relatively urgent. In both cases I was seen the day after I called. I rate both as 5-stars, but this review focuses on the most recent visit(s). I had broken a tooth off and imagined that it must surely be serious. I called Bushnell Family Dentistry. The lady that answered the phone was pleasant, polite, and efficient. Those characteristics were present in every single person I encountered. I was given an appointment for the next morning for consultation. I was greeted with a smile by Morgan and taken back before my appointed time. She explained everything that would happen on that visit with exceptional clarity. Dr. Rogriguez stopped in, said hello and immediately put my mind at ease with confidence that he could extract the remainder of my tooth pretty easily and arranged to see me the next morning. During the extraction process, Dr. Rodriguez explained what he would be and was doing and what I would feel. He was right on. I barely felt the initial shot. He was also careful to make sure I had no pain and stopped a couple times when I flinched a little to numb the area more. It was obvious to me that both he and Morgan were very conscious of my body language while they worked. When I finished, I was equally impressed with the office staff. I read another review where the person was not happy because the clinic required payment at the time of the visit. That requirement is clearly stated up front, so I had no issue with payment. In fact, I was shown a printed payment plan and approved it before the doctor touched the inside of my mouth. No surprises, so no reason to be upset about cost. My experiences in both the previous and this case were the same – superior in every way. I am not only hugely satisfied, but also now a loyal patient when I need dental care. For obvious reasons, I recommend Bushnell Family Dentistry for your dental needs."
