"when i asked to be seen for a cut finger, they told me they dont take my insurance, and then they LIED and said that my insurance company won't let me pay out of pocket and REFUSED service. In reality they were just making a lie so that they could refuse me. They then refused to give me a real explanation and got hostile and just kept telling me go somewhere else. Why lie and refuse service to a paying customer??? I went to langley after and they didnt take my insurance either but they had no issue taking me as a patient."

"So far everyone has been really nice. They're getting me the tests and health care I've been needing and I was behind on. Great customer service. I've never waited very long. The doctor I saw listened to me. He found a blood pressure pill that works for me when nobody else would listen to me about the blood pressure pill making my bp drop so low it wouldn't register on my machine. I'm on a new bp that doesn't do that now after 4 other doctors wouldn't listen I quit taking it until I found this place. The really do listen and care."

"Dr. Harrison Lief is the best doctor I have ever had. He is intelligent, up to date with procedures, patient, kind, listens, and makes you feel secure in his judgement. He will order what you need. The other personnel I have met so far are also friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I hope I have not left anybody out, but thank you to Randi, Lexi, Kayla, Gary and Hector. And Toni. There have been others from this practice, who called me at home to follow up and I'm sorry I don't have their names. You're not just a number here. They follow up and make sure you get the help and procedures you need. This is a good place. I am a senior citizen with many years to compare. This is an attractive and clean facility and I am happy to now call it my primary care office. And Dr. Harrison Lief."
